CUSTOMS FEES 

Art Prints & Apparel: Shipments outside of the USA and Europe may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.

Mementos: Custom fees might apply to certain materials that are only manufactured in Europe (Steel, Black Plated & Titanium).

 

SHIPPING

Tracking

Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has been delivered.
Once you receive your tracking number via email, it is your responsibility to check on the shipping status and get in touch with your local mail carrier in case they fail to leave a notice.


In the event your package gets returned to us, please understand that we may have to charge you for re-shipping.


Damage

We'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and will send a replacement.
If the delay (*see Exchange & Return) have gone by since reception of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Lost in transit

All claims must be submitted within the return period (*see Exchange & Return) otherwise we will not be unable to offer a replacement. After the delay is passed, a reprint fee will be applied if you still wish to get your order. Again, it is your responsibility to check the shipping status.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN 

Return periods

Art Prints & Apparel: 30 days after the estimated delivery date
Mementos: 14 days after the estimated delivery date

Exchanges can be made within the return period in cases of manufacturing defect.
Exchanges will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect/error.
You cannot return a personalized STC item in case you did not give the proper date, as it is custom made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION 

If the payment has already been processed by the platform, 10% of the order price will be deducted from your account if you cancel.
